If you find any fiction or poetry that we have published unsuitable or offensive for your reading tastes, please stop reading or stop using our website or services.
  • Age Awareness - We strongly recommend that if you are under 18 years of age, you ask your parents for permission before submitting poetry, fiction and artwork to us for publication. We also urge caution when sending information about yourself to anyone over the internet in general. We encourage parents to teach their children about safe internet use practices. If you are based outside of Ireland, some recommendations may not be applicable.
  • Intellectual Property Rights - All poetry, fiction and other materials that we publish are owned by us or our third party authors. Although we are based in Ireland, all materials published by us are protected by international copyright laws protecting intellectual property and related proprietary rights. All such rights are reserved to us and our third party authors.
  • Plagiarism and Copyright Infringement - We will always attempt to research all poetry, fiction and other materials prior to publication to ensure they do not plagiarise the work of other authors or infringe on any copyright laws. If you believe that your poetry, fiction or art has been copied and is accessible through our services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us. We will take all complaints seriously and upon proof will immediately remove any offending poetry, fiction or artwork.
